JOB ROLE
● Responsible for ensuring the achievement of all sales and revenue targets for the branch.
● Managing a team of Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
● Hire / Train and motivate the Sales teams for achieving budgets.
● Formulating and implementation of sales and service strategies.
● Coordination between all the Sales Supports Departments.
● Educate & enhance the awareness of the company’s products.
● Ensuring highest levels of Customer Service delivery.
● Developing product launch strategies in the market; implementing post-launch strategies to sustain sales growth.
● Unique Promotions and Marketing Initiatives.
● Taking care of all process and related escalations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing
Achieve the sales targets set for the branch
Achieve all other revenue targets viz. IRR, PF, Tenor, Sales productivity & CoA
Manage sales promotion activities & budgets
Ensure adequate sales capacity including hiring, training and retention of sales resources
Ensure strong controls to manage sourcing quality & requisite disbursement rates
Ensure that acquisition is done in the branch catchment area only
Monitoring Performance:
Managing performance in terms of key drivers i.e:
Volume / Profitability parameters
Cost of acquisition
Productivity
Product Mix
