Sales Officer

Overview: As a Sales Officer specializing in Two-Wheeler Loans , you will be responsible for promoting and selling our loan products specifically tailored for two-wheeler purchases. You will engage with customers directly, build relationships with dealerships, and drive sales growth in your assigned territory. This role requires strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and leads.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Develop relationships with prospects and understand their needs.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
    • Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing any questions or concerns.
  3. Sales Closure and Target Achievement:
    • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  4. Market Intelligence and Reporting:
    • Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and sales strategies.
    • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer needs and market trends.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates.
  5. Customer Service and Satisfaction:
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
    • Follow up with customers to resolve issues and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
    • Handle complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
