4) Plan and achieve segment wiser penetration and Product wise sales numbers.
Team management:-
Build up a sales team and to keep attrition with in tolerance level
To track and analyzed Sales efforts of team
members at various level To ensure at least 50% team mis qualifying for QOQ Incentives
Channel Management:-
1) Responsible managing regional and local level Relationship with Banking partners.
2)Partner based End to end Sales management process to be executed
3) Regular business review in structured way with all banking partners
4) Promotional programmes/R&R/Road Show
