BSM-CASA

Job Purpose

Responsible for identification of sales opportunities for CASA & TPP in the assigned demography and acquisition of new customers along with building relationshipwith existing customers through the assigned team members.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Responsibilities  

Ø  Manage a team of relationship managers, responsible for selling CASA & TPP products.

Ø  To make sure that the sales team achieves their monthly target across all parameters.

Ø  Manage promotional activities in the field and ensure effective conversion of leads into prospective business.

Ø  Reviewing the work of all sales teamat regular break.

Ø  Maintain knowledge on recent update on policy and process for seamless management customer queries.

Ø  Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices in branch

 

 

Criteria Ø  Candidate currently working as BSM.

Ø  Should have at least 2 years of experience in handling the team.

Ø  Predominantly from branch banking background.
