Corporate Salary Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

The Corporate Salary Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients to promote salary account services. This role requires a dynamic, confident individual with excellent communication skills and a good understanding of local corporate hubs. The primary objective is to establish in-roads into corporates, securing appointments and empanelling premium clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    • Identify and acquire premium corporate clients for salary accounts.
    • Build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers to secure and maintain client engagements.
    • Conduct meetings and presentations to promote the benefits of salary accounts to corporate clients.
  • Business Development:
    • Develop and execute strategies to empanel quality corporate clients.
    • Engage with signed-up corporates to improve and develop ongoing business relationships.
    • Promote cross-product penetration by introducing corporate clients and their employees to additional banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, home loans, and investment opportunities.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and manage a small team of Relationship Officers.
    • Set performance targets and ensure team members meet their goals.
    • Provide training, support, and guidance to team members to enhance their performance.
  • Market Knowledge:
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of local geography and corporate hubs.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

  • Empanel high-quality, premium corporates for banking services.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing corporate clients for business growth.
  • Effectively manage and motivate a team of Relationship Officers to achieve business targets.
  • Drive cross-sell of banking products to corporate clients and their employees.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background:
    • Graduation is must.
  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the banking,
