  • Handling 3-4 branches of Sales & Marketing Activities.
  • Developing short and long-term strategic plans including annual business plans, media, promotion and innovation pipelines and analyzing the same.
  • Managing accounts and meeting / exceeding targets related to revenue growth, profit margin, mix of products & services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.
  • Leading high value sales, addressing minor details and identifying areas of improvement in customer service.
  • Developing strong market knowledge of existing and potential clients and ensuring business growth opportunities aligned to company’s strategic plan.
  • Setting up salestargets for individual representative and team as a whole; proving in-depth analysis of markets, industry trends, competitors and clients to improve strategic planning and decision-making process
