Relationship Manager(Working Capital)

Job Summary:

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Working Capital Relationship Manager to manage and grow our working capital portfolio. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, acquiring new clients, negotiating terms, preparing business plans, identifying market opportunities, and overseeing the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Client Acquisition and Negotiation:
    • Acquire new clients by identifying potential customers.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions focusing on interest rates, fee-based income, and security.
  • Business Planning:
    • Prepare comprehensive business plans to achieve targets.
    • Develop and implement contingency plans for business continuity.
  • Market and Business Opportunities:
    • Identify and evaluate business and market opportunities.
    • Recommend actionable business plans to management.
  • Loan Process Oversight:
    • Oversee the entire loan process from initial engagement to disbursement.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Credit Growth and Portfolio Management:
    • Drive credit growth and develop strategies to increase the working capital portfolio.
    • Build and maintain a diverse and high-quality credit portfolio.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background:
    • Graduation is Must.
  • Experience:
    • 4+ years in banking or financial services, with a focus on working capital management.
