Job Purpose |
Responsible for Sourcing & Acquiring New Franchisee in his Region from Broking Background through his team of territory managers. Managing all the existing franchisee across his region and ensure the Business Development of all the existing franchisee. Appoint & manage his team of Territory Manager, ensure all territory managers and trained with all the products and offering of MOSL. |
Key Deliverables |
1. Franchisee Sales Management: Lead and manage the franchisee sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
2. Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the sales team’s performance and efforts, implementing strategies for improvement as needed. 3. Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand the franchisee network and increase market presence. 4. Revenue and Cross-selling Targets: Work closely with the team to achieve revenue targets, including broking and cross-selling goals. 5. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. 6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the organization. 7. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies within the franchisee network. |
